Back by popular demand! This professional learning opportunity focuses on the current research of growth mindset with an emphasis on mathematics. Participants will explore how Cultural Shifts impact the development of a growth mindset and will receive a list of 25 strategies designed to promote a growth mindset. Support activities will also be given to participants to help will the implementation of the strategies. The value of productive struggle will be explored and reflective practices and specific ways to promote perseverance (grit) will be shared.
