Master’s Degree in related field, Texas Pre-K Certification; Five years teaching experience in Early Childhood preferred. Must have experience in training and coaching adult learners. Other requirements include: facilitating access to the Pre-K Guidelines and using data to drive educational decisions; providing training and technical assistance in the area of early childhood; problem solving and decision making skills in the delivery of technical assistance to school administrative and teaching staff; clear and effective communication through email, phone, and presentation venues, including video conferencing, online courses, and web-based delivery; collaboration with other ESC staff to provide effective training; exceptional interpersonal skills and the desire for continuous learning.

Primary Purpose:
Administrative position responsible for assisting in the accomplishment of the mission and goals of the Victoria Independent School District through planning, coordination and overall implementation of research, evaluation, testing and accountability services, projects and activities in the district with emphasis on improved decision making and accountability, particularly in regard to:
• District goals, objectives and priorities, including the Superintendent’s goals and priorities as state in the District’s Strategic Plan and the Priority Action Plan.
• Ongoing innovative or formative educational and support programs or projects of a pilot nature.
• Interpretation and use of research findings, test information and evaluation design.
• Assist in communicating the district programs and policies regarding services for students to the public and staff.
• Curriculum and Instruction, the development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs
